TAx automation
Partnered with the Singaporean government to automate Tax filings to improve ease of use while minimizing manual errors and fraud. Led the design of how Singapore Xero customers would use this capability which also paved the way for future regions where Xero operates to use this capability
DENTAL 99
Startup Project
Dental 99 is a startup that was just an idea when we initially approached it and required service design to help digitize the real-world experience into a customer-facing app, patient management portal, and check-in kiosk. We designed and launched the app, and since it has held a 4.9 rating and ranked in the top 50 for medical on the app store for over 3 years.

2-factor authentication
The product application experience is pivotal to onboarding customers. As the UXer on multiple projects that had multi-million dollar benefits, my role was to enable avenues of digital experiences across multiple channels to improve conversion rate, and one such enabler was implementing 2-factor authentication for existing customers for credit cards and personal loans to securely, efficiently, and accurately complete their application.
